You’ll provide essential administrative and systems support, including preparing quotes, raising purchase orders, issuing project correspondence, and maintaining accurate records in platforms like MagiQ and GIS.
This is a collaborative, customer-facing role where you’ll engage with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure projects are well-coordinated, timelines are met, and communication remains clear. You’ll also help identify process improvements that boost efficiency, reduce duplication, and support great outcomes for our community and network.
